Robert Kapolnek is the managing member and President of KAP Architecture, LLC. He has twenty-five years of professional architecture experience including fifteen years as a partner and Director of Architecture. During his tenure, Kapolnek developed an extensive list of clients including:

Kapolnek is responsible for the general direction, marketing and leadership of KAP. He oversees the service products produced by the company. His specialties include:

He earned both a bachelor’s degree and master degree in architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He holds NCARB (National Council Architectural Registration Boards) certification and is also a LEED® (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) 2.0 accredited professional. Kapolnek’s professional affiliations include American Institute of Architects, the International Code Commission and The Construction Specification Institute. He is licensed to practice architecture in Illinois, Texas and Alabama.

Craig Gillett is a senior architect at KAP Architecture, LLC. Craig's experience as a project architect includes multi-family residence projects in Texas and Illinois with total construction value of approximately $100,000,000. Other specialties include institutional facilities in both the public and private sectors and commercial buildings. Some of the projects he managed include:
