Campus Quarters Student Apartments at Mobile, AlabamaNext Chapter Development LLC This project consists of four separate apartment buildings, maintenance building, mail kiosk structure and amenities building which include a leasing office, model unit and resident amenities. A combination of two, three and four bedroom units will be included in the apartment buildings. Parkland Point Student Apartments - Champaign, Illinois1910 W. Bradley LLC
This development, located adjacent to the Parkland College campus, consists of five apartment buildings, a mail kiosk and a clubhouse. The buildings will be three stories, with combinations of two, three and four bedroom units. The clubhouse building will contain a leasing office space, a model apartment unit and amenities for resident use. A swimming pool will be provided at the clubhouse. KAP's services include: site test, code and zoning study, schematic design, construction documents and construction administration.  |
